Organising a Jersey Order

Step By Step Guide to Organising a Jersey Order:

Organising your jersey order can seem daunting, but it really doesn't need to be a headache. Here are our step-by-step suggestions for stream lining the process.

Step 1. Elect a Jersey Committee

Select a committee of approximately 4-8 students who will be responsible initially to:

  1. Consider all possible jersey designs and narrow the choices down to a maximum of 3 or 4 (just 2 is even better). Make sure you've had a good look through our brochure and this website.
  2. Ask us to redraw your chosen designs in your school colours (contact us).
  3. Arrange to have us visit your school to show you our jerseys, or post you samples if you are outside Sydney. (Trinity will normally come to you if your school is within Sydney metro, Blue Mountains, Central Coast, or Wollongong. If you're outside these areas, don't worry - contact us).

Step 2. Select a Design

Do this by arranging for the whole year to vote on the maximum 3 or 4 designs the committee has chosen - either by voting during a whole year assembly or by sending round a survey from to everyone. Or just the committee could decide.

Step 3. Complete the Order!

This involves a number of steps. You will need to:

  1. Arrange a lunch time sizing appointment if you are a Sydney school, or arrange for sizing jerseys to be posted to you if you are outside Sydney (remember, Trinity will normally come to you if your school is within Sydney metro, Blue Mountains, Central Coast, or Wollongong. If you're outside these areas, don't worry - contact us).
  2. Collect money. You will need to collect at least a 50% deposit and some schools find it best to collect the full amount for each jersey before the order is placed (to make sure students don't change their minds after you have ordered the jerseys).
  3. Complete the two order forms, including all the details that each individual student wants on their jersey
  4. Place the order, paying the deposit through the school office.

Step 4. Be Prepared!

Once the order has been placed you will have students hassling you to know when the jerseys will be ready. Work out, or ask us at the time you place you the order, when they should be ready. A couple of weeks before the due date ring and check on how your order is going. Start to collect any money owing at that point, so you will be ready to pay when they are delivered.
