Yes! For Australian customers, all prices quoted include delivery.

It’s important to try on our garments before ordering to make sure your get the right size. We will arrange a fitting session at your school where possible or will post out sizing garments for you to try on.
We just ask that you post them back to us as soon as possible, and for a maximum period of 4 weeks.

Yes! We can accommodate all sizes in our Australian made garments. We can’t fit all the possible sizes on the order forms but we can make them all!

Please return them to us as soon as possible, and keep them for no longer than 4 weeks. If you need more time, please let us know.

We do not exchange or refund any made-to-order garments. Refunds will not be given for change of mind or incorrect sizing. We will arrange for sizing garments to be provided to ensure that each customer is 100% sure of their size before an order is placed. Refunds will only be issued if there is a manufacturing fault assessed by our production team, and the fault cannot be rectified.

If there’s a problem with your order, please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do all we can to resolve the problem

Our turnaround time for jerseys and jackets is approximately 8 weeks and for shirts the turnaround time is between 4 and 6 weeks. If you need your garments by a particular date please discuss that with us when you order and we’ll do our best to meet your deadlines.

Our garments are custom made not “off the shelf” so it’s not possible to buy just one item. Our minimum order size is 20 for jerseys and jackets and 15 for shirts. But please talk to us if you need order a small number of garments and we’ll see what options may be available

You can have up to 20 letters/characters/symbols/spaces. Characters can be any combination of letters, numbers and symbols that can be found on a standard keyboard.

If you’re in Sydney we would love to come and show our Year 12 jerseys and jackets. This is a free service of course!
If you’re out of Sydney (or for Year 6 shirts) we will post you sample garments. We just ask that you post them back when you’ve finished with them and that you keep them for a maximum of 4 weeks.
